I read this on 8chan:

So I tried a bit of the 'N' just to test my commitment and curiousity… and holy shit, it was the most vile, nausea inducing substance I'd ever ingested.

It was only a thimble's worth, and I was retching like a maniac. After about 30 minutes or so I felt the sedative effects which felt nice, I suppose, so at least the potency is legit.

Are the anti-emetics really going to prevent instant rejection by the body? I know that's their purpose, but seriously, that shit was so bad I'm having trouble envisioning anything that'll keep 200ml down.

the taste is bitter, but that's not what induced the retching and nausea

it was like… when you injest something your body KNOWS is bad (rotten milk)

Yes does taste rancid not that I’ve tasted it but have watched enough Dignitas videos on YouTube and each recipient of the drink says the taste is awful (not sure if they drink it neat or mix it with something) but most of them again that I’ve seen go on to eat chocolate but they’ve all died and none have vomited as far as I know .. anyway :) don’t be saying that I’ve just ordered it and want to believe it tastes of a fine liquor !!

But in dignitas they take it in powder mixed with quite less amount of water

That's the problem, 200ml isn't something you can just chug down, for most people atleast, unless you're really thirsty and it's your favorite drink or something. I was looking over other brands for N, and they were more concentrated. Why wouldn't A have an option to send those, too?

I do not know. Before there was a Chinese powder supplier.
But now only A is a reliable supplier of liquid N

I’m also concerned about the taste if I do receive it. One could mix in another drink tho right? Debating between SN or N have no clue quite yet.

If one truly wishes to die, I am sure N will taste like the sweetest of all drinks.

No, but really, that is such a minor concern. I would trade a few seconds of pain when hanging for the supposed nasty taste of Nembutal.

It seems like it might be beyond nasty taste territory into your body having an instinctive reaction to something so vile. That could be thought to deal with.

I’ve tasted some research chemicals that were disgustingly bitter and I practically came close to tears. Maybe I’d put some liquid flavoured stevia in it, but I don’t want anything that could perhaps interfere with the effectiveness.

Pentobarbital can be (and sometimes is, in the case of children) administered rectally. There is plenty of literature about this. Onset for rectal administration is about the same as oral. This would bypass the taste issue.

From RxList: The onset of action for oral or rectal administration varies from 20 to 60 minutes.

Here is another article about rectal pentobarbital sedation in children.

Something to consider.

Seems like quite a bit to get into your rectum? I’d be concerned with it going out. I’ll look into it.

If you bought a couple of those Fleet enemas from the store, dumped them out and poured in the N, it would be about the same amount of fluid. (Slightly less, actually. Fleet enemas are 118 mL. Each bottle of N is 100mL.) It wouldn't be difficult at all.

Yes, N has a reputation for tasting horrible. But it is what it is. Most pharmaceuticals taste like crap.

You can add sugar, artificial sweeteners, or concentrated juice to make it more palatable. That's what they do in Belgian hospitals.

Someone on 8chan also recommended using lidocaine spray to numb your tongue.

Has anyone thought about Water Enhancers (Liquid) ?
I was thinking of pouring the N into an empty water bottle and mix in a flavored Water Enhancer.
That way you could pick a flavor you like.
I use them in my Aloe Vera Juice that I drink. The taste of the unflavored isn't good either.

Something else to consider, and do your own research on this and don't take my word for it, is rectal administration. I know a couple people who CTB this way and it is also logical as medicine absorbs very well throught he lower GI tract.

This is what I am doing. Avoids the anti-emetic bother as it removes vomiting as a problem. I know three people who administered it that way and it worked as evidenced by obituaries. I have powder so can mix it in an even smaller amount of liquid. Using a child size 75ml Fleet bottle. Anyone planning on repurposing a Fleet bottle be sure to get a saline filled one and not a mineral oil filled one as you won't be able to rinse the latter out well.

Sorry for the confusing top bit...I had intended on making the same suggestion and then saw you had already mentioned it. When I quoted you I guess I didn't remove the initial comment and for some reason the edit button does nothing for me.

No worries. I'm glad to hear that people have tried this method and succeeded. I was quite certain it would be more than effective since the rectal mucosa is so much better to absorb the drug. More people should consider this method. If I was going to do N, I would go the rectal route.

As i mentioned in a post about rectal enemas. Yes, most likely your body will naturally relax and your anal sphincter will release the contents of your bowel out. This is why you fart in your sleep. The pressure builds up with that much liquid, so when you're awake you have control of holding it in. However, when you are asleep, your body is in a relax state, therefore it will relax your anal sphincter, and the fluids will come out.

Also, AV recommends mixing it with orange juice, there has been a case previously were someone survived doing it, I suppose you just don't mix it with too much juice, otherwise it might be diluted which would cause its sedative effect to stack instead of everything coming at once, therefore a lower chance at overdosing.
