Hey, does anyone know what are the consequences of having plans to commit suicide or attempting and failing in Italy? I don't have a therapist or anything of the sort - I'm "normal" for most people, but I absolutely don't want to risk being hospitalized for failing to suicide, and I'm scared of reaching out to any therapist or help service in case I'm gonna be forced into some hospital and have no possibility to suicide.

I don't know much about Italy itself but I would presume your biggest consequence is going to be either permanent damage or hospitalisation. Both can be avoided with enough research and planning

Not too worried about permanent damage, my top methods right now are SN (if I can get it), else train decapitation. Can't get night-night or shallow water blackout to work reliably, but I will experiment more and choose those if I feel confident with them. Both SN and train would leave me with little chance of surviving, pretty much 0 with train decapitation. But I am worried about being found for SN, night-night, or shallow water blackout, even with the proper planning. Also I was considering reaching out to someone who can help, but I absolutely won't do it if there is the risk of being hospitalized just for saying I want to die.

With SN your only real risk of consequence is being found and saved and admitted to psych. Give yourself a few hours alone and you'd be fine.
With a train... First consequence is that you fail, which could leave you with brain damage, missing limbs, a whole range of permanent damage. You say you're not worried about permanent damage, but no one wants to end up paralyzed or in a vegetative state - Then you really would be trapped. If you somehow came away unharmed, you'd be risking getting arrested (since being on the tracks is considered trespassing), and then also admitted to psych. And on top of all of that, you'd be causing trauma to the driver and literally anyone else on the train. Wouldn't recommend this method in the slightest.

If there's even a tiny bit of you that wants to seek help, seek it. Don't make a permanent decision like this if you're not entirely sure. There's people you can talk to and things you can say that won't automatically hospitalise you. I mean fuck, I'm UK based so it might be different, you could tell any professional you see that you're gonna off yourself and you'll be lucky if you get anything more than a brief conversation let alone hospitalisation.
