After seeing articles come out about SN, I have to wonder if the US will make it harder to get it, or completely impossible to get it in the future. What are your thoughts on this?

Probably. There are legitimate uses for it, though. I think I read in a past post where somewhere has already stopped selling it, or made it at least harder to buy. If you're anxious about it being harder to get in the future, get some now and stash it away. If you eventually need it, you'll have it, and if you never need it, that is good, too. Sounds win-win to me.
I think I’m gonna try to see if I can get antiemetics first. I would hate to use SN and then puke it up and it not work because I didn’t take an antiemetic beforehand. but they do seem to be really hard to get, so idk what to do.

The place i bought from just a few months ago now says "Not Accepting Orders at This Time" for their SN
I too cannot find a source for SN. Most seem to have vanished. Also, after reading on here it seems like police may be at my door before the SN. Is that actually happening?

It's not happening in the US. The police do not come to your house, because you bought SN. SN isn't illegal or restricted here. Anyone can buy it.
Yes, and not only in the USA. There are too many details about sources posted in this forum (countries where sources are located, infos about shipping and payment, names of sources, labels showing manufacturer or supplier....).

two years ago I got 500g for 20 dollars almost locally sourced and now I barely have 50g for 60 dollars from mfukin Canada 
From what I have read and the little I understand, the topic in question is a food additive.
I don't think the powers that be would go to the extreme and classify a food additive as a controlled substance, as I think that might make it difficult for a lot of food manufacturers (who probably donate and support some of those political campaigns) and could possibly make some of their foods hard to purchase.
Also, I don't think many people would want to go to a doctor to get a prescription for hotdogs and deli meat.
That being said, what might happen is something similar to what they did with pseudoephedrine-type products, where the buyer is limited to the amount that can be purchased in a week or month and they would have to mail a copy of their ID with their order, or it will be scanned at the register and placed into a database each time they buy that item.
