When the lights are off my eyelids are heavy is when I’m happiest because I know I won’t have to think or feel for a while. It’s been like this for so long, it’s how I know it’s time to CBT. Anyone else feel this?
What does CBT mean?

100% the part of the day I look forward to the most is smoking up and the act of being comfortable and falling asleep. Not being asleep itself or being awake, the transition between is my favourite. Not lying awake unable to sleep, but the moment of passing out. Sometimes I keep myself awake to the point of exhaustion because it feels good to be so tired that I can feel my consciousness slipping.

Hard to describe but I think I get you OP
