What are u having so much anxiety about? Is there stuff constantly happening to keep u in this state? For me it happened when I was either stressed about my circumstances or around certain people who trigger this.

Do you ever dissociate? That's what happens to me when my anxiety reaches a certain threshold. Sometimes I find that enjoyable.

I'm never really quite at ease inside, no matter how lazy I may seem on the outside. I feel uneasy in my own skin....I wish I could slough off my skin and run around in my bones. This combination of malaise and ennui is just too irritating. I hate my face, my body, everything about me--I wish I was a pencil drawing on a paper so I could viciously erase myself from it and start over. But I also know that no matter how many times I re-draw myself, I'll never be satisfied.
