I’ve been here too long

I used to be on many of them but came off of them all. I feel ok, but also because I been going to gym 5 days a week cardio and weights. I’m not saying they don’t work but my main reason for coming off was because I hated being dependent and having to go to the doctor to get more. A couple of them made me suicidal so that was an issue as well.
