So I know that cutting wrist has THE lowest lethality rate, so what I’m asking is ways to ensure my death.

I’m leaning toward this method because it’s slow and I know that I’m dying. Shotgun and laying my neck on train tracks is too quick and messy. Also, It’s one of the methods where if I’m discovered, you can’t really reverse it much. Also, it’s not that hard to find a knife/razor.

Another question: What would be the consequences if I were to be “saved”?
Would I end up brain dead from the lack of blood going to my brain? Would I lose functionality over my arms/hands, making it harder for a second attempt at it? Other consequences that I’m not aware of?

If you really want to do this - which sounds unnecessarily painful and extended - you definitely don't want to be stabbing. If you do that and it isn't lethal, you wiill have torn into some muscle or organ probably irrepairably.

You probably want to find major blood carrying vessels around your neck, head, and limbs and cut them. But that sounds even more horrifying than burning.

I'm not sure where the part about not being able to reverse it if discovered is coming from, wouldn't it be fine to rush you to the hospital and pump you blood?

I've heard that taking blood thinners makes bleeding more profuse and difficult to staunch, so you might want to use that too.

They say online that you need to lose more than 40% of your blood before you start dying, which seems a pretty high bar to reach.

I saw this, which might help: sanctionedsuicide.net/threads/bleeding-out.2348/

They also say to put yourself or at least your wounds in warm water, that will prevent clotting. I’m not sure about brain damage, but this is a painful and slow way to die. But if you’re willing to endure the pain, and don’t mind the wait, then I think it’s the best method for you: it sounds to me, perhaps wrongly, that there is just the slightest chance you’ll change your mind. So a longer method will be good in case you do, and if you don’t, I hope you are not in much pain for very long, and hope you find peace.

I have thought about this as a method and held a knife to my neck before but to me there are more reliable and less painful methods so unless bleeding held a special significance I wouldn't choose to use it.

I guess there are other easier/less painful methods, but this method is one of few that I believe I can actually pull off

I see it less as “the possibility of changing my mind” and more as “taking it all in”.

Fair enough then. I didn't mean it as talking down about your method just adding my 2 cents. I hope it works well for you if you choose to try it
