I think a lot of people who visit this forum and find PPH (The Peaceful Pill Handbook ) should be a little careful and take his words with a pinch of salt.

First we have to understand that Philip Nitschke do this to earn money, not to help people.

I think it's against the rules to share links. But a good example is his regulators. He buy really cheap oxygen regulators replace the inlet connection and put a sticker on them and sell them super expensive. The producer of these regulators also sell suitable nitrogen regulators with the correct fitting, but they are more expensive (less profit)

He spread false information, he give impression that his product for asphyxiation (Rebreather) is a safe and peaceful way to die. I will not discuss why in this thread, I'm sure it's already discussed in other threads on this forum, if not I could start another thread where we discuss it if anyone is interested. And just to be clear, I don't say it wouldn't work, but it's certainly not a safe way.

In recent versions of PPH a supplier for powdered short acting barbiturates is shared, this show that Nitschke is either very stupid or just reckless. I can see how a desperate person could find this reseller by accident and get scammed, but selling a "book" for suicide and sharing something that just screams scammer is a sign of low intelligence.

(I will not share the source) Right now that market is down. There might be a mirror that works, but the regular address is down.

Why is it a scammer?

1. No verified sales of this product.
2. 4-5 (last time I looked) reviews from other sold products and they use the same word and look like they are written by the same person.
3. They say they ship from Europe, but the shipping times doesn't make sense when compared to that couriers shipping options.
4. The description of their products have a very typical scam text.

Does this mean that it's 100% certain it's a scammer? No of course not, but people who understand how these markets work can see that it's very likely, and sharing it to desperate people as a know (reliable?) source and to a lot of people who in many case have barely no idea what darknet markets, pgp encryption, bitcoin is, that's not something that give me a good impression of Nitschke and his little "take advantage of desperate people business"

Sorry for bad grammar and typos. English is not my native language.

Now I may be out of the loop considering I haven’t bought anything from him, but disregarding the fact that he overcharges his products and his shadiness, doesn’t the products eventually get to their customers most of the time? I thought he was as legit and verified as it gets? Plus maybe he goes through some of that red tape so to speak to erase his tracks and avoiding getting caught or whatever? I don’t know just hope someone can correct me on this.

If anything I can agree to some extent about how there’s a possible chance that some of PPH isn’t correct. Is there anything more you know about this?

And if you could since you brought it up I’ve been curious about the Rebreather also so if you want to make the thread about it then do it cause I’m interested in any updates.

Yes, he ships his products. But charging up to over 400usd for a regulator that cost like ~30usd + a couple of usd for the inlet connection is to take advantage of desperate people.

And to be clear he is not the seller of barbiturates. But recommending a seller someone found on a darknet shop as a "green" seller, when it's a obvious scammer. Is it because lack of knowledge? low intelligence? reckless?

I will look around and see if the problems with this rebreather is already discussed or I will make a thread about it.

Fully agree with the OP re Nitschke. I remember a couple of years ago he did a roadshow, sixty quid a pop, with a Korean spy who reckoned you could ctb by applying pressure to a particular point with your fingers. The Black Widow method, or some shit. Naturally, this wasn't demonstrated, as a method it's too ridiculous even for this forum to take seriously. Then there's his ever-shifting anti-emetics regimen, the occasional propelling of scammers in the ppeh, his request for video evidence of sn ingestion etc etc. Just not a nice man, a slimy, mercenary dickhead whose only real use is to serve as a middleman to an international drugs trafficker.

It's meto and zofran combined now. Not sure if it was something else before only meto.
Yeah, tbh l can't remember exactly but at one point it was 60mg meto an hour before, then 30mg half an hour before, or some such. I may be wrong on the specifics but there was a significant shift which passed without explanation. He later added to this that smoking a spliff was a good anti emetic regimen, because he's an unserious dickhead who was playing to his audience.

lol, that was embarrassing. And he is supposed to be a doctor? did he get his medical license in a cereal box? I'm no doctor, but the only two reasons I could see where this would work, would be 1. An underlying health condition in the brain (Not likely at all) 2. Pass out and hit your head on something and die.

Maybe "Doctor" Nitschke think you still have control over your muscles even after you have passed out?

I don't think so, some folk l used to know on here were also members of Exit and l recall being told it's a very tight ship re dissent - it's a huge PR vehicle to sell overpriced tat, l suspect the biggest selling point of the pph is the drug dealer contact and this is probably a reason why he's started including dubious powder sellers.

I am pretty sure he gets a kick back from the R2D ReBreather creators. Even after three revisions there is no empirical evidence the device actually works. I read that the quality and craftsmanship leaves a lot to be desired as well.

Some of Nitschke's actions are sketchy as hell.

Question then regarding accurate information on certain methods such as SN. Is the PPH accurate enough and does it have references to the information regarding the methods it talks about? I ask cause I’ve been wondering about the shelf life of SN and couldn’t find a definite answer. One of the recent PPH says sn can last essentially forever and then I remember how someone else said that it lasted 10-20 years, and then other people cite that it only lasts 3-4 years. So what gives? Could the PPH be wrong about it? And if so why is PN making this up? @Chinaski any chance you know anything about this?

I've always avoided SN as a method because it was essentially introduced by PN to the PPH to boost sales, with much reassuring froth regarding its peacefulness but very little research. My gut instinct says they could definitely be wrong about the whole damn thing tbqh - this is a man who still insists his Sarco machine is on the horizon, l do not trust him at all.

SN does not sound peaceful at all to me. It is a meat curing agent that poisons your respiratory system. But what other options do people have? N is the gold standard but is out of reach for many people.

I am thankful the PPH exists but some of Nitschke's behavior is really sketchy. He even started his own nitrogen tank supply company charging a lot of money. It is supposed to be for brewing beer, I think that is the official cover story anyway. Not to mention he charges for the PPH and does not even send it out sometimes for arbitrary reasons he makes up on the spot.

They take payment for the pph before vetting people for age and health condition. If you pay using crypto currency it is a painful process to get a refund. If you ever get it. It's not like you can officially complain to anyone given the nature of the product. I think they take full advantage of this predicament.

As a result he started the 15 Liter/Minute flow rate narrative for the exit bag gas method, which was only based on his oxygen equipment.

It's also no conicidence, that the oxygen tubing, which he has sold and which should be used, has a maximum flow of 15 Liter/Minute, because this the max standard with ordinary oxygen tubing by free to purchase even at medical suppliers. I have researched this small fact for more than two hours today.

His test in the PPH was also made with 15 Liter/Minute, so that this narrative can be confirmed by himself.

Science studies, even his competitor in euthanaisa suggesting, that 20 Liter/Minute is the minmum to be safe.

This 15 Liter/Minute is one example, how the deceiving show is running.

The PPH can be very dangerous, if you do not a very deep research at all available sources.

If anyone is interested, here is my take on questions raised here.

Nitschke is not devil, nor saint. He is running a business, and has an obvious conflict of interest. Taking everything he says with a big pinch of salt is common sense.

All (sucide) books have wrong stuff in them, and PPeH is not an exception. Once again, common sense and big pinch of salt.

SN has been proven effective by multiple forum members, may they rest in peace. Gazillion threads have been written about it.

Inert gases have also been proven effective, but they require some technical prowess. Nitschke is selling those regulators for profit, not for charity reasons, just like everyone else. Caveat emptor. Get better and cheaper ones, if you can.

Sarco is a marketing stunt, more than anything else. It's just a small gas chamber, and can be recreated with an old refrigerator for the fraction of the price.

Debreather is not capable of maintaining tight seal reliably, and that is critical flaw.

Korean method is a joke on the level of night-night method.

Whilst l agree that much the ppeh should be viewed through a critical lens that same pinch of salt should be taken re the "gazillion" threads on here. In fact I'd take a hefty spoonful tbh.

He sell a regulator that cost like 30euro + a couple of euro for the fitting for up 400usd. A lot of his customers are old people who have no idea about this.

Let me take an example. A computer repair shop visit a person with no knowledge about computers, in this case an elderly person. This computer is broken and not worth to repair. The computer repair shop explain that a new computer is the best solution, and I have a computer that is suitable for you. And they sell a computer worth 200euro for over 2000euro. Would this be ok? or would it be to take advantage of people?

Don’t know anything about the Korean method besides hearing about it from others but I wouldn’t go so far as to say the night night method is a joke. It’s literally hanging with just extra steps by having padding to help put more pressure on your neck. And while not many are using it these days people have died from it and I have tested it to the point of almost passing out within a minute and I believe it can work.

Man this is sketchy as hell. I always knew something was off when he kept endorsing the R2D ReBreather given its reliability issues. In the November PPH under the internet sources for N, he says the source requires proof of purchase of the PPH as a safe guard. This is completely false. Looks like the bullshit artist Nitschke just wants to sell more copies of his book.

All his actions show a blatant disregard for everything besides generating the most profit off of desperate people.

Both Korean and night-night are variation of tourniquet/compression, which is hanging with extra steps. In order for something to be an actual method, there has to be at least one documented case, and I have seen zero so far. I consider tourniquet to be a separate method, and have seen cases of its use. Joke is maybe too strong word, but people laugh at home made guillotine, and yet it has more documented cases than bean bags and Korean collar combined. If you have any links claiming otherwise, I'll be glad to check them out and correct myself.
